Important Notes:
- The service timeline counts the business day on which valid transfer documents, certificates or related papers are received, and the business day on which new certificates are ready for collection.
- “Business days” exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays.
- Under the Listing Rules, registrars may offer the Optional and Expedited registration services but are not obliged to do so. We reserve the right to decline any request for either service.
