The online portal is for certificate lookup/validation only. It does not provide password resets or changes to personal details. To request a password reset, please use the Contact & Support form and select “Share Certificate Authenticity Tool support” under Enquiry type. We will verify the registered holder’s identity before sending reset instructions.
For changes such as address or banking instructions, please use the relevant printed forms and return them by post.

Please notify us immediately in writing so we can freeze the missing certificate(s) and start the replacement process.

Include:

• Name of the listed company
• Registered holder name
• Your holding and/or certificate number(s)
• Your present address
• Details of the certificate(s) lost (numbers if known; if unknown, list the certificate numbers you still hold)
• Contact telephone number
• Your signature

Alternatively, complete “Report of Lost Share/Warrant Certificates and Request for Replacements.” Faxed instructions are not accepted. Please sign and return the documents by post. We will send you guidance on the replacement process and the forms required.

Please contact us immediately in writing so we can place the certificate on hold and advise next steps.

You may use the form “Report of Lost Share/Warrant Certificates and Request for Replacements.” We will freeze the relevant certificate, send you an information sheet describing the replacement procedure, and provide the necessary forms for completion. Faxed instructions are not accepted; please return all signed documents by post.

In most cases yes. Many issuers accept dividend banking instructions. The dividend will be credited to a Hong Kong‑dollar account in your name with a bank in Hong Kong, and a payment advice will be posted to your registered address.

To set this up, write to us with:

• Name of the listed company
• Your registered holder name (as shown on the certificate)
• Share certificate number(s)
• Your current address
• Bank name and your bank account number (HK$ account in your name)
• Contact telephone number
• Your signature

Or complete the Dividend Banking Instruction Form, sign it and return it by post. We do not accept instructions by fax. We will record your banking details and send you a confirmation.

Please write to us so we can investigate and assist with a replacement where appropriate.

To protect shareholders’ interests, we do not accept faxed instructions. Please sign the form and return it to us by mail.Upon receipt of your notice, we shall liaise with the listed company to issue a replacement dividend warrant to you.
